PURCHASE OF RAW MATERIALS UNDER STRICT QUALITY CONTROL
For its production of spices and spice mixtures, TRUMF International s.r.o. uses raw materials from various countries. Purchases are always made in countries in which spices and raw materials have the best sensory profiles, for example peppers in Hungary, black pepper in India, carrageenans in the Philippines, etc. Spices are purchased from certified growers and suppliers to protect the high quality standard of raw materials.The supplied spices undergo an input inspection by the quality department in the manufacturing plant. The final inspection of the finished products before dispatch is a standard.
PRODUCTION PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
TRUMF spices and spice mixtures are produced to the highest European
standard. TRUMF International s.r.o. has been granted certificates
according to the international standards ISO 9001,
ISO 14001, and ISO
22000. The company is also holder of the
IFS Food international
standard.
