STORAGE OF RAW MATERIALS

The warehouse used for storing of raw materials meets all of the required conditions for food storage and it is certified by the food safety management system ISO 22000. After supply of the raw materials into the warehouse, the materials are automatically blocked and released into the production only after necessary laboratory tests according to the FIFO system. All stock operations are managed by mobile terminals with 2D QR and EAN codes.

STORAGE OF PRODUCTS

The warehouse for final products meets the same conditions and it is also certified by ISO 22000. The warehouse is equipped with framework racks in narrow aisles. The spices and spice blends are safely loaded in a covered ramp to the trucks in all weather conditions.

DISPATCH OF SPICES AND SPICE MIXTURES

The goods are dispatched to customers either via contracted freight forwarders or by our own trucks, equipped with special trailers for the safe food delivery to the customers. In order to eliminate any potential damage to the goods by microbiological contamination, we check the cargo spaces on a regular basis. The trucks of contracted freight forwarders are also requested to meet all of the above-mentioned criteria for the safe food transport.
